This is a modification of the concepts put into the Age of Randomization. When play tested; we found that low tech battles were very random, religion modifiers were unbalanced, the AI was a little too dangerous, and a few other things. This is an effort to rectify those errors.

The centerpiece of the scenario is the removal of Islam. Islam has been replaced by protestantism. Reformed protestantism has taken over Arabia. Islam in Asia Minor and Russia has been converted to Orthodoxy. Catholicism now reigns supreme in Germany, Scandinavia, and England. Christianity is now the sole survivor; but internal divisions are volatile.

Player nations have been boosted to 8 provinces while AI nations have been reduced to 4. Player nations are divided across cultural borders. COTs are located in the center of cultures at a relatively equal distance from the players sharing that culture to encourage warfare.

Gaelic culture has absorbed Anglo-saxon and Dutch. Berber has taken over nearly all of North Africa. Polish, Slavonic, Russian, and Greek cultures are expanded. Ugric has been eliminated.

NOTE: This scenario is desgined for use with a province randomizer and is not intended for "unmodified" play.

NOTE: This scenario requires that you use my random events file. The newest version is included in this download. Place it in your DB\Events folder.

Version 1.1 released.

I fixed the COT in Sweden (thanks Drake).

Main Edits:

Reformed convert to Sunni
Protestants convert to Orthodox
Southern Spain and Morocco convert to Catholic
Reformation/Calvin/CRC flags turned off

Scenario is now designed to be used with a randomized reformation; so Reformation/Calvin/CRC/Trent events will not happen. They must be manually triggered at the appropriate time.
