Age of Reformation Age Objective "Unify Culture" doesn't count subjects or even colonies

Description​

This age objective does not count provinces belonging to subjects as being your own for the purposes of unifying culture. Perhaps this is intentional, however the issue is that it doesn't even count colonial subjects. This means that anyone who colonizes the new world (or australia) will permanently be unable to fulfill that age objective.

Steps to reproduce​

Unify your culture, then colonize the new world and spawn colonial nations, and suddenly the age objective is not fulfilled.

For me it counts subjects, or at least colonial nations and vassals. Can you post a save game in which subjects don't count for the unify culture objective? Did your CN maybe lose one of the provinces of your culture group?
