That's right, the first version is available for download now!

You have to install it manually, preferrable to a directory with Victoria 1.03c and VIP 0.4b installed. I don't know if it'll work without VIP, it might produce some strange problems.

So, make a copy of your Victoria directory, add VIP onto it and then extract this archive on top of it all. All needed subfolders are within the archive, so just extract it to the root directory of Victoria.

Then make a shortcut on your desktop, you probably know how and run the very first version of 'Age of Revolutions'!
The GFX is not included, except for flags and shields for the new nations.

I updated the file again:

Removed the VIP events.
Fixed the slight problem with Arizona/New Mexico states
Removed Liberia from the starting setup.

However, I can't upload the file ATM because of reasons I don't know anything about...
I'll try again tomorrow CET (Tuesday, that is).

Another bug was discovered, the scenario crashed on loading, due to the file events_flavor.txt being missing.
This should be fixed now.

Edit: Also fixed the menu screens of the country borders

That's what happens when I tried it out, and I was hoping for 1740.

Yes because it is still incomplete and an NTL patch was not included in the download. If you want, you can download one yourself and set the date to 1792, as was the intended start date.
