AI character is obese since childhood for no apparent reason. Maybe it's a bug?

Description​

I noticed the kid when he was 1 year old, I gave him some gold to win a war and he became the ward of my last character. When he had around 8 years old I noticed the obese modifier but he's not gluttunous doesn't have the "food eater" cope mechanism, so it might be a bug I'm not sure.

Steps to reproduce​

I honestly don't know but check his char (Russian Tsar) in the save and maybe there's an explanation why he's obese when he shouldn't
