not sure if i should put this question in here or the 'normal' hoi category but i'll shoot anyway:
i'm playing 0.21 pro with 1.05c on hard level as germany and
was doing fairly good besides i couldn't really get a foot into
the su with my 100mm tigers.
so i wanted to check what tech the soviets had by now, started a new game as su and loaded my german savegame....
... and then: boom 2 game hours later germany invaded norway (which i didn't touch by then) with over 30 divisions including 10-15 marines. problem is i didn't even research marines as germany
nor did i have 30 divisions in the eastern sea to invade oslo.
Now my question is: is this a bug or a a proof for the ai cheating?
if it's a bug is it a hoi bug (most likely) or connected to your excellent mod?
