I did some research about AI flags. Here are the results:
- Flag doesn't need to be declared in AI file (using of an unknown flag in a trigger or in a command will declare it).
- Unknown flag used in a trigger will be declare with "NO" value.
- Changing AI file will overwrite the flags with values from AI file.
- AI flags undeclared in new AI file will remain unchanged.
The AI flags was somehow a mystery and it seemed that their behavior during changing of AI file was unknown by modders (or at least when I was asking about them the modders wasn't sure). So I hope this research helped
