AI gives too many hooks in grand weddings

Description​

If you do a grand wedding to your heir and die shortly after the game becomes borderline unplayable. Over a dozen vassals will have favor hooks on your character. It cannot be intended because when I as player do my own grand wedding it's not possible to give that many hooks away even if I intentionally always click an option to give a hook.

Steps to reproduce​

have many vassals, do a grand wedding to your heir, kill your character shortly after the wedding and check how many favor hooks your new character has given during the wedding.

Sorry for the delay. Still happens in 1.9.1, just need to do a grand wedding for your heir and die right after. Tomorrow I can set up a save in debug mode and attach it right after the wedding so you guys can just load in and kill my character. The heir as AI give away 8-10 weak hooks at the wedding somehow.

Hey there!

I added a save and also a clip showing the options I picked. Trying to do that I noticed it doesnt happen all the time, I tried in a new game as HRE emperor and well I did the wedding 4 times and there was no hooks, then I remembered I did one in my current save so I just loaded an old save and there is a dozen weak hooks.

To reproduce just finish the wedding, idk if it's required to select the same options I did (that's why I also recorded a video - link in the main post), kill my character after the wedding.

edit2: This game was started after 1.9.1 release and the only mod I added mid run is auto accept indulgences, but for the recording and the save sent there was no mods active.

Yes, it is probably this Event, because I tested it too, but with an living Grandparent, if an character has an living Grandparent on the Grand Wedding, there is an high chance, that this Event will trigger and it give other guest free hooks on the groom/bride of the wedding.

How come everyone and their grandmother gets a hook on me if I marry via Grand Wedding? Is it the presents? But I'm giving them a party!

In your save, you can become your heir at the start and watch the favor hooks pile up. They seem to coincide with the triggering of the individual events. I think the same thing happens with grand tours.

Perusing the save file, it looks like attendees also get hooks on your vassals as well.
