I started a game as the USSR and switched them to Democracy using Kerensky. After that I switched to the observer mode and waited. The SU joined the Axis and started the WWII over Poland.
After stabilizing the European front for Germany the Russian AI moved 150 divisions to encircle Communist Mongolia and did practically nothing else. I tried taking control and issuing other orders, like helping Japan take India, but after giving controls to the AI it would always send the troops back to plan the invasion of Mongolia, which is something impossible, as democracies cannot invade useless countries.
