Hi,
I need a bit help with the AI file.
I'm trying to change it, but the size of modifiers is to me a large mystery.
How large they can be? Which values are "high" for the modifiers? In some readme file I found that each of these modifiers can be of values 0.0 - 100.0

Is it true? To me it is suspicious because in no AI file Eu2 uses I found a value of any modifier going close to 10 (7.0 was one of the highest, I think).

Note:
Speaking just about base, front, conquer and garrison modifiers.

Thanks for help

quick summary

Base and front work together, so
base 1.0 and front 9.0 is .........1.0 +9.0 = 10.0 which equals 100%
base of 1.0 is 10% of troops will stay in capital and 9.0 which is 90% of troops will go to the border regions of that state.

Note: all this works very well in peacetime.......but in war you need to realise that every 1000 troops build in capital , they will march immediately to the front ASAP and most likely get slaughtered and hence the warscore against that nation mounts . So basically smaller nations should have more base and larger ones more front........but every nation will be different.

conquer and garrison sections are multipliers, .....IMO since they are multipliers its safer if they remain under 9.0 ..........I do not know what they multiply into, but higher numbers seem to give more wars
