Is there a possibility for an event to fire for an AI country without the player knowing about this if he has his message set up so that it lets him know of the historical events of other countries? I think I've heard about something like this some time ago, but this may be just my fantasy... I mean, something in the structure of the event itself which enables it to fire without anyone knowing about this.

I hope the above question was clear enough... :/

Anyone, please?

Include "ai = yes" in the triggers and set the 'name =' line to "AI_EVENT". The first makes the event fire only for AI countries and the second makes it not appear in the log. If you want the event to be able to fire for the human but not show up in the log if it fires for an AI, then I think you'll have to make duplicate events, one with "ai = yes" and one with "ai = no".
