Summary

AI sits in borders COMPLETELY frozen during war

Description

I'm five restarts into a Byzantium run tonight. 45 minutes in, as usual, the Ottomans declare war on me and I'm almost sure that I'll have to restart again. I did, but this was made even worse by the fact that the entire Muscovite army and their vassals was standing completely still. No movement whatsoever as soon as the war began.

Really hope this is a bug and not a feature, but either way it's been in the game for years now.

Steps to reproduce

Be declared war on with allies

Does Muscovy have military access through Lithuania and Moldavia? Maybe they can't get to you.
Yep, I made sure they did once I saw they were frozen and waited a few months.
