Ak Koyunlu controls way too much land in the 1419 scenario. They didn't conquer most of those areas until 1468 when the Qara Koyunlu started falling apart. In 1419 Ak Koyunlu were still a tiny state in eastern Anatolia/southern Caucasus. In my modified game I've left them with Kurdistan and Armenia provinces only, giving the rest to Qara Koyunlu. That doesn't seem to hinder the Ak Koyunlu too much as they tend to make their conquest just fine, with time.
