Next one in my "territorial rants" series :)

Ak Koyunlu controls way too much land in the 1419 scenario. They didn't conquer most of those areas until 1468 when the Qara Koyunlu started falling apart. In 1419 Ak Koyunlu were still a tiny state in eastern Anatolia/southern Caucasus. In my modified game I've left them with Kurdistan and Armenia provinces only, giving the rest to Qara Koyunlu. That doesn't seem to hinder the Ak Koyunlu too much as they tend to make their conquest just fine, with time.

Did you make this change to the EEP or to the published 1419 situation? I was wondering because in the EEP the larger Qara Koyonlu don't get stomped by an original size Aq Qoyonlu

I made my changes on top of the EEP, and Ak Koyunlu usually destroys Qara Koyunlu just fine. Not as fast as it does in the unmodified official GC (which is usually instantly), but gradually, and closer to its historical timeframe.

I did however also add disintegration events to the Qara Koyunlu after 1468, which neither the original GC nor the EEP have. That helps the Ak get the better of them somewhat.
