All BB brigades disappear when trying to remove one. 1.10 no mods.

So I decide to try a Germany game with Sealane Interdiction and BB IVs, but to add on camo brigade. August 38, when I go to remove a brigade from a BB, all 5 disappear, and only the first one (SPs) is in the pool! I want to remove the anti-air and swap that for camo. AA is the last one to come off. What happened to all the other brigades? I know I have removed more than one navy brigade before and not had them all vanish. This time I only removed one!?!

I remember there was also the bug that any naval brigades still in your deployment pool automatically changed to the lowest brigade model if you saved & reloaded. Although I feel that might've been fixed already. I can't remember.
