There is the bug, when the head of the war make a peace and demands TPs for the ally. In peace offer you, as the head of the war, see that the new owner should be the controller of TPs. But when the peace treaty is signed, you are becoming the owner of TPs, not the controller.

Can anyone else confirm this bug?

That thread is where I will post details of any post-1.09 text file fixes I accumulate, when I get around to it.
