the physical ability of straits is determined through the adj-def.csv file. Simply remove the existing entires you no longer want.

What I don't know how to do is to remove the visual graphics.

I think these are located in the straits.csv file, but how does it work?

I am trying to remove the graphics for the Ionia-Smyrna and Smyrna to macedonia straits.

Thanks,

Matty

I posted that a while ago. You're welcome. :)

How do you add a strait ie Smryna to Thrace which cannot be blocked by ships

No, it is possible. See AGCEEP adj-defs.csv and Kazan-Igrim or Kyzylkum-Uzbek "straits".

Just use 0 for Through value and strait will never be blocacked.

GREAT, I will test.

I just want to find out how much improvement it will make on the TUR game, as they have a tendency to break MA with BYZ, then ask for MA, then Break it. The time it is broken , is sometimes the time, that HUN wars force TUR to concede big lands, usually bulgaria and macedonia
