There was an American Civil War mod, but I'm not sure if it was ever released.

There was a ACW MOD, and it was indeed released, back in 2006 I believe. I think it was the first MOD I ever played

I would imagine evn if you found the thread, the download link would be long gone ...

Almost done!

In fact, it is loadable and playable but I'm bogged down in re-writing the tech tree at the moment.

Any help you could provide, confirming order of battles (especially naval!), would be appreciated.
