Amphibious Assault Crash

Since installing 1.3(with hotfix):
1) I cannot deselect troops from my transports so only the desired troops participate in the assault. If I try to, the game crashes.
2) After initiating an amphib. assault, I must wait about 2-3 days (game time) before I can click on ANYTHING. Failure to wait results in crash. This does not happen with regular ground attacks, naval or air combat, only when landing troops. There does not need to be any defenders for the crash to occur.

Any advice?

My advice would be to try and reinstall the game then only apply the 1.3a patch.

Reinstalled, improved stability, but did not totally fix problem.

No one else has reported this particular thing, but I cannot see it being hardware related. So go ahead and report it as a bug, maybe someone else will comment in this thread if they suffer the same thing or if you are doing somethig wrong.
