An improved personality tooltip that actually doesn't work.

Please tell me how to display the detailed screen of the personality tooltip in the character view (like the PC version in the reference image). In the screen for appointing court positions, you can check using the detailed tooltip, but this method cannot be used for foreign leaders, and you cannot check actions based on economic archetypes or personality.

I thinks it an icon on their picture but not sure I seen the vassal stance it's an icon on their portrait

I think the intention will be conveyed if you look at the latter part of #120 in the PC version development diary, under the item "Improved Personality Tooltip"
