38 scenario, I start as Canada. 14ic..18mp, but hey.. great techteams, this is when it spins off..........date is, 1939august 13 or so?.... hmm sounds about right the usa player, leaves.....oh a promotion to a boring hammer of a post sleeping..... but it was ok, I only have to sit there for 50 days then I get to play GreatBritain, and france guy leaves too........ok it was interesting
the good thing is I have a fleet, and the usa is cookin, ussr brewing.... and africa is red in the belly, but france and the last gb player put me in with an interesting setup, attack with 43? or something divs of low organization in 3 directions. ok..........its a strategy that is not in my mind for france, I just defend with france if there are 3 countries coming at you, but hey thats me.....only thing I could try for fast.. was africa. To contain the belly of europe. now its my fleets time to contain a virus to a pennisula I see as europe with the bottom full of communists who dont like you.... im hoping you guys like the meat grinder, biuld a fleet and come get some

Guys I would have stayed around but UK and Italy left so no point staying around. I lost like 20 fighters to bugs also, any chance of compensating with supplies or oil or something??? I'll be available Tuesday night if we start early enough. I'll check this thread at a later date. SE.

I wouldn't exactely call occupying Nice, Tours (and sometimes Marseille) lost.
Though the african provinces are without doubt lost. you won't be getting Tunisia, Somalia or Ethiopia back anytime soon.
Acid played ITA previous session, then Winger played it this session and joined the Axis.
Germany attacked Holland this session (actually, Holland joined the Allies after Japan DOWed Holland, wich might not have been so very smart on our side, as Australia's being gobbeled up) and annexed it.
Germany advanced a bit into France, was surreounded, losing at least 31 divisions, among them about 6 armored and 1 HQ. Since then it's been WWI all over again, with the exception that he's not in central France. Victory is by no means assured by either side, as the SU will most likely DOW Germany in 1942. As it's August 1940 already, Germany lost it's chance of early Barbarossa, and is likely to suffer badly from it, though Japan is advancing into India from the north and east...

I took over Italy last session. Managed to take Yugoslavia and Greece. Germany having problems in Northern France so I joined the war and started to advance slowly into South France to draw some more attention from the allies. I think the problem for the axis countries is that the military build-up started a bit to late. Much IC, but when i took over it was a really small army. Had no chance at all to keep africa as the main goal now is to crack France. The problem is that the army ain`t upgraded yet and the allies controll the skies(at least in the south).
