Annex = Loose control off provinces

Hi...

First of all, sorry if someone already posted this;

Example: Say i'm UK, i'm at war with Haiti, then France dow's me. I conquer Haiti's provinces and get ready to annex, at the same time i have conquered a small part of France (5 provs maybe) and there are French Partisans in 2 of them, they don't control the provinces they are in, but they are there;

Then i annex Haiti, and the French partisans conquer the provinces they are in, this happens all the time for me. And they don't control the province 99% or so.

Is this a bug?

BTW: I'm playing 1.02, with Community Mod and Economy Mod, but it also happened at vanilla 1.02

Just saw the same happen in Siam when attacking them as Japan. With 1.03 version, so bug is still there.

I've seen this happen in 1.03, as well. Unfortunately I don't have a saved game handy to repeat it, but I'm sure that this is not the same bug as was occurring in 1.02. In my 1.03 games I've seen many instances where provinces would've reverted if we still had the 1.02 reversion bug.

However, on just one occasion (I was playing US, and invading Mexico), I saw some provinces revert.

Were you in a colonial war? (uncivilised vs uncivilised = colonial war as well)

No, it was a declared war against Mexico, and UCSA joined in the war after I declared it. I wish I kept track of that last save game file - I know I saw the 1.02 version of the bug all the time, but in 1.03 I saw it only once. The symptoms are the same, but circumstances that caused the symptoms are now different. It could've been that that the reversion happened when I signed a separate peace with UCSA, grabbing some of their provinces.

The good news (at least for me) has been that this bug has been very rare in 1.03.
