Yes it is possible I think.
It is a bit technical though... :)
Take the scenario file you used and copy it.
1. Take the 'old or real' file and 'hide it away' in a new folder (I use to call mine 'The Holding Box' and I use it for switching leader files and monarch files when playing very alternative games)
2. See to it that the 'copy' has the same name as the old file and erase the countries you don't want to appear.
3. Hopefully this work. If not the game might keep track of the dates of creation of the scenarios, but I don't think it does.

Hope it works !

Merry christmas Strategy! :)

Merry christmas to you too.

Yes and no. Every scenario has got a scenario file of course but every scenariofile is connceted to a inc-file.The saved games are linked to the scenariofile and thus the inc-file. That is why you svaed game looks like a inc-file when you view it (I believe).

What I am trying to formulate above is that if you play a scenario and then transforms the scenariocontent your saved game should also be altered (with the possible problems stated above).

You guys are confusing me ... :)

So you have to edit the original .eug & .inc files that you started the scenario with, as well as your saved game file (.eug)? If you edit all three of these, you should be able to annex a nation that started as a major?

Sorry, but no. You only need to change the scenario-file for the scenario to which your saved game belong. However my rambling was about copying the scenario file. This was becasue you might want to keep the 'original scenario' so that you could play it again.
