So far I still havent figured out where are stored the text files that describe the historical context / strategy to choose for a given power. I looked for the TAG_GC_HISTDESC files but to no avail. Are they subsections of another file perhaps ? The text.csv perhap ?

Quite correct from what i have gathered, open text.csv and do a search. There it should be no problem adding a new histdesc, missdesc etc.
