Annoying ingame menu button

This menu button in the top right is in a bad position. When I camera pan with mouse, I keep rolling over this button. Why do I need this button when pressing esc does the same thing? How about a menu option to disable this button?

Instead of adding a new option for disabling the button, we simply let the mouse pan over/through the button! Hope that helps.
