Another Help, Please.

Hi-Just DLed game on Friday. I did not get a complete DL-computer stuck at 99.9%, with hourglass showing, indicating it was trying to finish. Waited 7 minutes with nothing further.

Went to Start, My computer, Program files and found game there in the Paradox Interactive folder. When I clicked on game icon, I got this:

" Error
---excel file not found."

At no time was I asked to furnish activation key.

I've emailed Paradox support, but they say they don't understand the problem.

Ideas, anyone?

You downloaded via GamersGate, right? This is probably a question for GamersGate support. If at all possible, you should try to download the game again from scratch -- that is likely to fix your problem.

You are downloading with Windows, right? I've experienced problems like this when trying to download to an ext4 filesystem in Linux/Wine.
