I capture Holland from Spain (Controlled by Denmark, owned by Spaind). The province revolts (stupid fools - I'm helping them after all). The revolutionary army then besieges and takes Holland from me.
Surprise - when they capture Holland, the city returns to Spanish control (Controlled by Spain - Owned by Spain). The revolutionary armies csn now start over.
