Can i download the game at home, burn it to a disk, then install it on a computer without an internet connection? well, it actually has an internet connect but it's filtered and i'm pretty sure that it won't download it.

With the recent changes to Gamersgate, yes, I think you can (I haven't tried it but it's seems possible). Just download the .exe file from GG and save it to disk. When it's done downloading all the files to the "GamersGate temporary files" subfolder and the setup launches, click "Cancel". Another window will pop up, asking whether you want to delete the temporary files, keep them for later installation, or re-start the setup program. Choose the second option (keep temporary files). Then, when you burn it to disk (or copy to USB key, etc), copy both the temporary folder and the .exe file. On the offline computer, just run the .exe file and it should load the setup program again.

At least, I assume that works. Haven't tried running it while offline, yet.
