Any Idea When New DLC will be actually released

I have just logged on to download the new DLC and get going but, it seems it still hasnt been released.

I thought it would have been released at 12am on the 3rd november but still nothing.

I have the game on Epic just wondering if there is a time it will be released?

the Shattered Hope release is planned for 17:00 CET, so you still have to wait for around ~5 hours from the time of this post.

Its already been in released in England it seems so Luckily I didn't have to wait 5 hours thank god, I have been on since 9am GMT
