Hey, I’m thinking about getting an M2 MacBook Pro, I know it’s not meant for gaming, however in my free time I’d probably play ck3, eu4, and so on, so I just wanna make sure that if I were to buy it I would still be able to run these games.

None of our games are officially supported on Apple Silicon hardware, and it is unlikely any older game will ever be ported to that platform. So those games are all at the mercy of Apple's Rosetta emulation.

In general they do run, but we can't guarantee that will always be the case, and there have been in the past various video and other interface issues, not fatal though.

You could search or post in the particular game forums for user experiences about that game.
