Any opensource CK/EU/Vicky/HoI converters out there? (and not win-only?)

As in title. Can not find something, is it my lack of skill with Google or there is nothing?

PS I look for ANY converter that convert save games between up to date titles.

Look in the mod forums for the individual games. Most games have one, but not all of them are complete.

Here's one for EU3->V2, for example (and it contains a link for V2->HOI3).
