Any way I can form Gallaecia as a Kingdom (legit or console)?

Hi, I was doing a campaign to try and form Gallaecia, it was going pretty well until I noticed that since I became a kingdom, the decision became unavailable. Is there any way I can at least change my nation tag to Gallaecia or something? It is a bit of a shame that you must be a tribe to be able to do so. Thanks in advance!

play as the country that owns it (Austria?), release it, select play as gallaecia.

It might be limited to tribes. Sorry, I haven't played tribes in a while - been too busy with my Epirus game/AAR.

However, I just checked the wiki, and it says that Gallaecia is a tribal federation. I imagine you could edit the save file, though.

Yep, I just had to edit most of my tags on there (I left the ones on the province, tho, I think they are supposed to be there), I should have realized sooner that I could do it on the save file
