Anyone know how to recompress saves?

According to the wiki you compress with the following settings:
  • Archive type: zip
  • Algorithm: Deflate
  • Do not include NTFS timestamps (tc=off)
However this still results in a broken save for me using 7 zip 16.02 64bit on Windows 10 x64.
Any idea if the required settings changed in a patch and if so what to?

Edit: How to change thread titles would be good too...
 
Rename thread: click 'thread tools' on the top.

Recompress zips: I think the problem is 7-Zip itself. I now use the default windows 'compressed folders' to recompress saves, and that does not corrupt them.
