I am gathering ideas for an alternate-rules SA-MA scenario to be played out as an experiment. See my thread there. I am not looking for historical events per say, but will need some to be used as work-arounds. An example would be that after three advances toward centralization all provinces get "free" tax collectors in all provinces. (To move one step each colonial city needs to have one colonist placed successfully, as a proxy for forcing people into the cities) I would then need an event to give a ten year revolt risk once I have edited in the TCs. Boring stuff like that.
