ived lookt around into -41 secanrio and its feel well sutied for MP games,
many advantages imo
1 the "game" starts right away
2 hard to break the rules (even if a few might be needed though )
3 easy to avoid gamey meckish
4 quite historical setup

Just got in from work.......busier than I thought it would be. I need to get something to eat then I can play if it's not too late for ya.
I agree, however it does seem a bit unfair that I have upwards of 4 divs on every important island. There should be some rules limiting the number of troop deployments. I don't know, you tell me....I still can't believe Jap bombers can reach the waters off of Hawaii....:-(
