This is not a "bug" as accessibility options are standard on games of all kinds at this point, but your game lacks any options for the ~4.6% of the global population -- 3 million people -- who are colorblind. A lack of colorblind options is evidence of a fundamental indifference to those of us whose needs are non-standard. Have you tried verifying your files? That setting is just a hold over from AoW3, currently there are no colorblind or visually impaired accessibility options.
