apa_sight_seeing_group missing localization.

Description​

This was unfortunately from a modded game, but I searched the contents of the files in ./game in VSC and found that there is indeed no localization for "apa_sight_seeing_group".

I wasn't sure if it was even worth making a bug report but I figure this way there's a chance it might be looked into.
