In multiplayer when playing with allied amazons arcadian terraforming (maybe Dvar mountain breaker too) allied sectors are detected as a war act unlike forest terraforming. I think this is unintended as limits cooperative strategies which involves modifying sectors.

Would be also nice to make those ops cheaper and easier to get. Spawning forest, well, can be very handy before a big fight in the sector. But making terrain arcadian for those huge price seems to never pay off

I'll be honest I'd actually be pissed if another Amazon player turned my sectors green, I don't think anyone would appreciate having their level 5 production sector in an Arid Forest suddenly turn into a level 4.

You don't care at the only stage in the game where sector levels actually start to matter? You must not like having as much armour as possible (which is way more useful than having another extra level in food, by the way) then.
Level 5 prod sectors can be made from lvl 1 prod sectors on around turn 30-35 which usually are turns of the last fights in current midgame. Lategame today is a myth thx to settler cost ladder.

That could be an issue but I'm more used to make alliances with cooperative that's why I miss this feature. Some kind of diplomatic terraforming agreement would be a fantastic way to prevent trolls or "malicious allies" to exploit this.
