I had a hellish anomoly, so decided to wait till later, got a scientist with the archeology trait, +50% speed in researching anomolies, set him to work but default time was 1700 ish days, time with him researching 3300 ish days, surely it should be 850 ish days?
Only bought the game 2 days ago, so not had a chance to see if it happens again with another scientist, and hope I'm not being stupid and reading it wrong, but not sure why the time should increase 95%. Really enjoying it so far though. Cheers.
