I know that directly overriding the entire state region definition file can add arbitrary traits, resources, etc. to them. However, that's pretty poor compatibility, and you'll need to refill almost everything once the game is updated.
So I wanted to add this through the history file, and found that there was no corresponding effect for me to implement it. Does anyone know of a way to get around this restriction? Or is there really no way?
