Are Turkic Rulers Supposed to Use Persian Clothes?

Turkic cultures of the west steppes now use The Legacy of Persia clothing assets as they are a better fit historically

I assumed this meant that they would use the few Turkic specific items added with LoP but they appear to be using nothing but Persian clothing and was wondering if that is what is supposed to be happening.

The clothing Persians use in Legacy of Persia was Turkic in reality,who then was adopted by the Persians.Clothes like the qaba coat was used primarily by Turkic people.At first whe LoP dropped the Turks couldnt used them while they should,but now they can.

Thankfully, these assets are now mixed with the existing Steppe assets to form a new aesthetic for western Turkic characters.

I feel like the crowns are a bit overkilled, though. They're distinctly Persian. Could have skipped them.
