Don't know if reported before, but Argentinian Bartolomé Mitre Event makes you a democracy with all reforms (or most) but doesn't meakes you pluralist, which means that you get stuck with Partido Federal until end of game. Also, in the 1861 scenario Argentina starts pluralist, so this must be a bug. Sorry if already reported.

I'm a bit confused. By 'pluralist' I presume you mean 'Multi-Party System', as opposed to the Religious Policy of 'Pluralism'? In that case, the National Unity event (16601) that occurs in 1853 does change the party system to 'Two-Party', so that should avoid the situation whereby the player is stuck with the same party until the end of the game, unless I am missing something (in which case, please correct me).

The issue looks to be WAD - Argentina's party file has a pluralist party that lasts from start until 1856 and then one that starts in 1890, but in between all political parties are non-pluralist in their policy. I'll confirm if that is how it is supposed to be but my guess is that it is WAD.

Yes, sorry, I meant Multi-Party System
