So I got into late game on the PS4 version and apparently angered the Watchful Regulators. I was just minding my own conquering the galaxy business I swear! After they had done wrecking another Fallen Empire it was apparently my turn as they declared war on me. At first I fell off my chair when I saw their 900K fleet on its way to my newly conquered parts of the galaxy but after some 5 years into the war I noticed that they were just idling and bombarding my poor recent slave acquisitions in Ka'Tanab. So it seems like the super powerful Fallen Empire is pretty much harmless because it does not build or send any armies to actually conquer my planets but just AFKed there and asked for a white peace after they had had their fun. It did this again right after the truce had ended with same behaviour. Bugged or just working as intented on normal difficulty? I wouldn't have had a chance with my mere 420K fleet and 1785/2412 naval capacity...

Also wondering why the endgame crisis hasn't started by 2500. I'm fairly sure I had it enabled at the start, game totally glitched?
