Art of War : Conform to template doesn't work

Description​

Hello,
I've bought the DLC Art of War, which contain the fonction to conform to template my armies.
When I try it, my army is divised, but no units are bought to complete it, no matter where I am in my country.

I've not found anything about this ??bug?? on this forum. Can you explain me this problem ?

You need Cradle of Civilization DLCs for Conform to Template. You can have either Art of War or Cradle of Civilization to build an army (that doesn't yet exist) using a Unit Template. But changing an existing army requires Cradle of Civilization is my understanding from the Patch 1.23 notes.

Sorry for the confusion you experienced. The explanation isn't as clear as it might have been.
