On patch 1.0.17, this is a normal situation. We look forward to a speedy correction of the situation with the game. Now she is broken.
I think the issue with the artifacts is still here.
I'm play on Xbox, version 1.7.2, and if a had more than 2 artifacts in the same slot i can't select it. When i moving up or down with left stick is can select only one en each direction and disappear in next movement.
And can't select the 4th slot for the jewelry, maybe for the same reason.
