Assigning jobs and living quarters

It has been stated before but this problem is significant and frustrating. There simply is no simplified solution. One would think that a citizen arrives on the planet, awaits lodging and work assignment, and then stays until they complain (leading to a player decision) or get reassigned. Why would folks go to Mars and deliberately work out of their skill and then cause negativity to the colony? Make a patch please!!!!

Specialist assignment should be the number 1 priority to fix for devs.Specialist should always try to take a job in their field when one is open.It's not hard.
Or make it -10% instead of "-50 workplace which gives 0 building performance",so you we can ignore the whole damned thing.
Also their should be more feedback,now it's just nothing.
I'm quitting until they fix.(now give me a cya reply).
