Summary
At the start of the game on January 1, 1836, you can sign a ton of ridiculous treaties, and the treaty system is totally unbalanced. I always feel sorry for those poor AI countries. Plus, there are bugs with the trade transfer clauses.Description
1. In the game, players can make a ton of unfair deals with AI countries that don't require much influence to maintain, or even no influence maintenance at all. For example, you can give an AI country the right to invest in your nation in exchange for a huge amount of national funds being transferred. However, AI countries hardly ever sign these kinds of deals among themselves, which creates a huge gap between players and AI countries.2. The overall mechanism of the commodity transfer clause is unreasonable. As long as there are surplus items in the AI country's market, players can sign terms with it, and the entire treaty acceptance can be added, and the mechanism that limits the acceptance of goods transfer seems to be buggy.
The mechanism for requiring AI countries to transfer goods should be changed to never add treaty acceptance, but only subtract treaty acceptance.
In addition, the upper limit of commodity transfers also needs to be adjusted. Currently, you can even ask AI countries to transfer more than 100% of sales orders in the market, as long as the acceptance is high enough. It can even transfer all the minerals, grain, and clothing of a big country.
Or directly delete this junk product transfer mechanism.
3. There is also a bug I encountered in version 1.9.5, I don't know if it has been fixed, the "Devil's Brush" event does not have an optional event option, it seems to be caused by granting the Commander-in-Chief command rights to the leader of the country.

3.Research technology, grant leadership to the French emperor's army, be at war, and mobilize only one unit
