Two questions:

(1) Is there a way to coordinate CAS and grounded forces?

(2)I am playing scenario 1944 as Germany and I feel it is difficult to deal with so many huge offensives and attacks from both west to east fronts. In particular, east front attacks involves tens of divisions. any way to operative deal with them? I tried to pause game to think and issue orders but it is difficult to coordinate attacks to stop the Russian offensive.

1) Well, there is no way to guarantee that your aircraft will go to the right battle, but they will prioritize land battles in choosing targets, so start your land battles at the beginning of the day, then have your CAS show up an hour later. That should do the trick.

2)
#1 1944 Germany scenario is not necessarily the best scenario for a new player, good luck if you want to try it, but this one gives experienced players the willies.
#2 when the front is as big and bad as all that, set the speed to slow, so that you can see what is going on, anytime something changes, pause, think it through, then react.
#3 Are you tracking on how to use synch arrival? If not, check the thread of the month stickied at the top of this page.
#4 Also, make sure you understand how to use HQs. They are make and break on huge battles.
#5 Don't be afraid to use spoiling attacks in the flanks of units attacking your units. Just continue the attack until they break off their attack, then break off your attack. This is a good way to keep your line stable.
#6 I strongly recommend playing the 36 Germany scenario first to familiarize yourself with some of the trickier aspects of the game. This will get you used to moving and fighting large forces under much better conditions.
