Attempting to add owned items from GoG.com

My codes (and there are many) have expired. In addition, five of my GoG purchases never had codes.

The codes that apparently never existed:
Victoria Complete
Crusader Kings Complete
Europa Universalis II
Hearts of Iron II
Hearts of Iron II: Doomsday and Armageddon

Note that the last two were purchased as Hearts of Iron II Complete, but for some reason show up as separate games on my GoG shelf. Also note that all of the last five (and EU: Rome Gold and EU III) were originally purchased as Mac games from your Mac port partner, but have now been repurchased as Windows games from GoG.

From the support staff at GoG:
"For other PDX games with no assigned keys, you, unfortunately, will have to contact their support (https://support.paradoxplaza.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). Their support team might want to see some kind of proof that you own the game(s) in question on your GOG account. Attaching screenshots of your GOG orders history should be sufficient."

Unfortunately I can't work the screenshot feature. I've apparently taken several screenshots, but I have no idea where they're being saved. When I tried to save them to the desktop (which I know I've done before) it tells me that the desktop can't be found. I'm open to suggestions.

I probably shouldn't cloud this issue by bringing something else into it, but it has been brought to my attention that I'm eligible to change my avatar picture (trying to change my avatar to something from BattleTech is what started all this) to something from:
EU4 Women in History
Magicka Wizard Wars Public
Sengoku
or any of five Majesty 2 galleries.
I don't own any of these, so why am I able to select from them when I can't select from the fifteen games above that I do own?

Forum item sync is broken at present, and that affects your avatar choice. I don't have an ETA on when that will be fixed, sorry.


Yes, GoG keep giving out expired keys even though we supplied them with new ones, and will give more on request. We're not sure why!

All registering gives you is a little icon for the game or DLC when you post in our forums. They do not give you access to the game on Steam or our launcher platforms, nor anything extra in the game.


If you still wanted them registered, please lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com

Note that not all of those games you list have such icons, some are too old.

Thank you. BattleTech is only four years old (or so), and several posters in that part of the Forum use avatars from that game; I would like to join in.
