Aug 15 beta vs Aug 17 fix: CTD when attempting birth

Literally.

I know when my child should be born and with little variation (week or a little more) on that number game CTDs.

I figured out that's the only thing that could've happened, because if I kill my wife and live without wives at all there are no CTDs for years.

Reading all those reports I see Aug 15 is very buggy. Couldn't there be at least some warning?!
I fiddled with files trying to get back my 3rd June beta setup for 1.5hours and in the end I was so angry at all you that I uninstalled the game.

Where do you get the idea that 15th/17th august beta is buggy ?

Most people who have ctd's with this patch haven't installed it properly.

What I am trying to say is. Do a complete fresh install of the game, then patch 104a and then 15th/17th august beta patch

Aug 15th with added aug 17th minifix is very stable. A crash upon child being born sounds like a buggy dynasty, that should only come from mispatching or modding.
