Especially on higher game speeds and in larger colonies, it becomes a bit chore-like to manually order maintenance on each building type.

I do understand the desire for new players and/or new colonies to have to pay attention to every single structure and order maintenance by hand, but once I have 100+ colonists and several domes, I'd really like the ability to order maintenance automatically, say, when a building reaches the yellow bar, or the red bar (an option for the player there would be great!)

To keep with the frontier theme, it could be a technology to research that grants an upgrade for Drone Hubs, since those already include a radius, and control the very drones doing the maintenance.

I'll also do a mod request for it, but as it will likely require new UI, it may not be a moddable thing.
