Avatar?

Hi!

Im wondering how to post my shield as avatar. I've searched the forums, but didn't find a thread on this. The only I found was telling that after 3000 posts I'd get one.
Now I've seen people havin less then 20 having an avatar. Can somebody tell me how to point to my file?

go to user cp>edit options

At the bottom of the options page there is a button that says change avatar.
